The protocol's development and economic maturation are mapped across five sequential stages. Progression is marked by both technical deployment and the achievement of on-chain metric milestones.
Stage 1: Monetary Core (Complete)
Focus: Research and fundamental economic design.
Deliverable: The 3 Trident architecture blueprint.
Stage 2: Settlement Layer (Complete, Audited, Live)
Focus: Establishing the essential trust and entry/exit infrastructure.
Deliverables: GUILD minting, the Settlement Contract, The Grove's core with Signals and 3.NFTs.
Stage 3: Capital Formation Layer (Deploying)
Focus: Activating the value acquisition and liquidity flywheel.
Deliverables: 3Bonds, Bond Market, Arb. Master Node, GuildSwap ARBITRAGE, Startup Tokens (PRIME/ALPHA).
Economic Trigger: Successful bootstrap of the Protocol Held Assets (PHA) via the Genesis Capital Formation Event.
Stage 4: Credit Market Layer (Future)
Focus: Activating GUILD as a productive asset within the ecosystem.
Deliverables: Single-Sided Lending Pool (SSLP) utilizing GUILD from Aged 3Bonds, Secondary Bond Market, iNcubator/Legend Master Node deployment.
Economic Trigger: A sufficient quantity of Aged 3Bonds (and thus GUILD) locked and ready for the SSLP.
Stage 5: Sovereign Ecosystem (Future)
Focus: Full decentralization, ecosystem expansion, and maturation of GUILD as a reserve asset.
Deliverables: Open POD and iNcubator creation, transition to a free-floating GUILD exchange rate, establishment of an Exchange Window within The Reserve to allow 3Bonds to be exchanged directly for ETH, solidifying GUILD's role as a reserve asset in external DeFi.
Economic Trigger: Achievement of the final
ReserveRequirementtarget as per the mature-phase RRC, signifying the Protocol-Controlled Reserve provides sufficient intrinsic backing, allowing the system's stability to be anchored primarily by The Vault rather than the Settlement Pledge.
