Deposit receipts

Overview

A 3Receipt is a transferable ERC-20 token that represents a user's deposit and claim on the underlying assets within a 3 Protocol Deposit Pool. It is the fundamental unit of the Grove's ecosystem, enabling participation in yield-generating strategies and serving as the base token for advanced composability through the Signals system and 3NFTs.

Core Purpose

• Proof of Deposit: Acts as a verifiable claim on a user's staked assets and accrued rewards in a specific pool.

• Composability Primitive: The essential building block for creating 3NFTs and programming reward flows via Signals.

• Transferable Position: Allows users to transfer their deposit position without needing to withdraw from the underlying strategy.
